• Each Mandatory Session is 45 minutes in length

• Sessions are conducted in person or via zoom, facetime, etc

• All women categories are available for posing coaching

• Detailed before & After pictures, posing notes for EACH POSE updated after each session, and unlimited communication with posing coach is offered to clients after purchase of posing sessions

• Open communication via whats app for notes, updates, tips, etc. between sessions upon sending your checkin pictures to posing coach.

• Covers mandatory poses, quarter turns, transitions, stage presence, 1 minute morning routine preparation, and overall posing critiques
